Rendering and Walkthrough

What we do: Create photorealistic rendering and walkthrough videos from 3D model.

What we offer: Before final submission we will submit a low resolution version to review and upon satisfaction of the client final product will be delivered.

Clash Coordination

What we do: Clash coordination between Structure, Architecture and MEPF services.

What is the process: First clash report is generated and shared among the stakeholders. Then upon the discussion and mutual resolution clashes are coordinated simultaneously. There are some issues which clash coordination software doesn’t detect automatically. We cover them in Constructability Review.

Which software we use: Revit and Navisworks.

Constructability Review

What we do: Review all elements in a building or infrastructure to check whether all are actually constructable or not.

What is the process: It is a parallel process of Clash Coordination (Link). There are some issues which software cannot able to determine automatically like valve accessibility issue, shaft accessibility issue, wrong placement of fresh air louver etc. We review these issues manually and flag accordingly.

Which software we use: Revit, Navisworks and of course common sense.

3D model from Point Cloud

What we do: Take field measurement from point cloud scan and convert into a BIM/CIT compatible 3D model.

What is the process: Any point cloud scan data will be converted into .rcs format. Then with the help of Autodesk Recap software it will be converted into a 3D model in Revit

Which software we use: Revit, Recap.

2D Design/Tender/Construction Drawings

What we do: Various stages of construction requires different sets of drawing, we provide all of them.
